Refund Policy

The short version: StintBox, developed by Kameli ApS (Denmark), offers a generous free tier so you can evaluate the software thoroughly before purchasing. We generally do not offer refunds on digital purchases — but we'll always make it right if something is genuinely broken.
1. Try Before You Buy
StintBox Free includes 16 widgets, all 12 design themes, and full telemetry format support — completely free, forever. We encourage you to use the free tier to evaluate whether StintBox meets your needs before purchasing Pro.
2. EU Consumer Rights
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you will be asked during checkout to expressly consent to immediate delivery of StintBox Pro and acknowledge that this waives your 14-day withdrawal right. This consent is clearly presented before payment is processed.
3. If StintBox Is Broken
If a bug or defect in StintBox prevents you from using core functionality (overlay creation and video export) and we cannot resolve it within 60 days of your support report, we will issue a full refund.
This applies to verified defects in StintBox itself. Issues caused by your hardware, operating system, graphics drivers, or third-party software are not covered — but we'll still do our best to help you troubleshoot.
4. OS Compatibility (Perpetual Licenses)
If you hold a Perpetual license and a new OS update breaks StintBox, we will release a compatibility patch within 90 days. If we are unable to provide a fix within that timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund of your Perpetual license.
5. How to Request a Refund

- A description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce (if applicable)
We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first at [email protected]. We resolve disputes faster than the chargeback process, and chargebacks incur fees that hurt small teams like ours.
